For the last week I have been trying to change settings for my Fibre landline but keep getting an error saying "Sorry! There was a problem submitting your request. Please try again later." I have tried different settings all do the same and also different browsers.

I have been trying to contact Spark and every time I try ringing them there is a 2 hour wait time with no call-back option. I did get through on Tuesday after a 1 hour 40 minutes call-back to be told I will need to put your call through to someone else and kept ringing and ringing for 45 minutes before I gave up.

Tried emailing them and took me about 20 minutes to find a contact email link that went to another page saying OPPs this page can not be found
Is there anyone here from Spark or Chorus that can fix this for me?

Please PM me with your account number and what you need to have changed and I will look into it for you. A contact mobile number will be helpful too please :)

The views expressed by me are not necessarily those of my employer Spark NZ Ltd
