old3eyes: How long have you had fiber? My M-in-laws wire maintenance vanished after about two months.


Think I am onto my third month of fibre. So is it something they shouldn't be charging for UFB customers? Thanks

I've been charged wire maintenance over nine months. Did ask if it covered anything with fibre, but was given a vague answer and they seem to imply I was better off with it. Should I ring up and ask for it to be removed?

 

Phone plugged directly into ONT, so using no jack points. If I should make another thread with this question let me know, thanks.

 

 

 

Got the $5 credit ok this month, plus the back dated one, so that's all good now.
