1101:
Is there anyway to whitelist email adresses or domains ?
Need to stop particular legit emails being rejected by xtra's spam filter
I mentioned whitelisting to Spark once, and their reply said something about adding senders to your contacts via webmail.
you can put filter in from containing domain or parts of email address
action put in in box. untick the option process subsequent rules
move the filter to the top of your filter list

Not that I can tell. When I logged in to Xtra webmail just now, it was where it has always been [Hamburger-menu]->Settings->Email->Filter Rules. Same goes for the Busines Mail webmail, which uses a setup similar to that for Xtra webmail.
Have found it shows filters when using the edge browser but no show using firefox browswers. I have one on latest version and one on latest beta. Any ideas?

I'm using Firefox v 61.0 on Ubuntu and haven't noticed any disappearence, but haven't checked with Edge yet.
Someones loosened the noose today.
3 uncaught with similar format to others.
headers have changed recently so have disabled header filters. The most effective filter for me is if the - character is in the from address put it in spam folder. I have 1 genuine address found in searching email folders and set a filter at the top placing it into the in box.
