(what the title says. Curious if anything is likely to happen in the next few months)

I would be surprised if anyone in the know at Spark would be able to talk about it on a public forum
John
Keenly interested in this. Sort of surprising considering that they supported esim on the Gear S3.
And that kids watch too?
I'm going to watch this thread with great interest...

Spark's Kids Watches use regular Nano SIMs, not eSIMs.
Apologies - nothing official I can say, but watch this space...
My comments and remarks are not necessarily of my employer.
Looks like there is some movement and this might finally happen within Q2 of 2019.

I have heard the same, possible announcement / launch middle of next week.

Now that is exciting news! From what I've heard all the major telco's are going through with this together. This is only a rumor, but it would be in their best interest to IMO.

Someone has loose lips on a date without context.
Yes the System readiness is on the horizon but may be a bit longer till it's used in force.
a press release is sure to follow when it's out there, and Regardless i'll let the folk here know.
Very aware many of you are following it closely :)
Note: that's about all i can say on the topic, just didnt want speculation to spir into unneeded contacts into the callcenter trying to get esim turned on.
