Looks as thow if I want this I have to buy a new phone which will have to be one of those listed in the FAQ even though my Motorola phone shows a greyed out VOLTE switch in the settings menu.

This is the problem with mobile devices defining configuration in the device. it drives me insane. Carrier aggergation is the same.
