I think my router Netgear nighthawk x4s d7800 router Can do 1gigbit

Im going to speed test on my macbook pro and a windows 10 pc later to find out

Ive tested on Macbook pro and Windows 10 PC on wifi and there is no difference with the speed

My next step is going to use the Smart modem provided by Bigpipe to test the speed.

Do not test on wifi. You are wasting your time as the speed limitations are most likely on wifi.

Only test on ethernet to get reliable results.

yes im aware of that but ive been testing on wifi for the 100/100 plan and and test result was 100/100 but when I changed to the new plan 200/20 i only max on 130 and now at peak times its 100

So what? You need to eliminate the wifi as that is likely the bottle neck. If you get 200/20 over Ethernet (which you likely will) the issue is your wifi and nothing to do with Bigpipe

but 130 is greater than 100 so im not sure what your issue there is. all that is showing you is that your devices are maxing out at that speed.

 

your issue is most certainly to do with wifi which is not bagpipes problem

Just leave bagpipes alone, they get such a bad rap all the time, no need to bring them into a network tech discussion :)
