I really appreciate all the interest in this small matter. The joke of it all is that when I bought the phone online for some reason I thought it was a skinny phone!

As I still do not want to go to the store (I will spare you the reasons) I have to say in this world of home delivery and over the top service I am suprised  can not send the phone ?? But I will leave it there

Thank you agin for your help and suggestions

Actually, I'm curious to know why you don't want to go into the store. Is it really that difficult?

Is it unreasonable to expect you should be able to do this without visiting a physical store? It is 2020 after all, and telcos have been pushing for digital-first and self-service options for a long time (as have most other businesses).

I'm sorry but I really don't understand why expecting or wanting a self-service/over the phone/internet solution to this is so controversial.

do you want to put a Skinny SIM in it? If you do it will just work like with a Spark SIM.
