If you intend to use a CDMA phone in Aussie or Europe forget it as CDMA networks are being phased out worldwide.

The OP did not discuss roamiing... And CDMA is not "being phased out worldwide". In Australia Telstra decided to move to WCDMA/HSDPA, a move now being followed by Telecom New Zealand. But there are other operators deploying CDMA, and it is still a large portion of the USA/Canada/Mexico with presence in the South American and Indian markets.

add Indonesia to that, with both networks going strong

freitasm: I am not going into the merit of which technology is best - only commenting on your remark of it being phased out.

Please keep on topic otherwise this can go a long way...

Yes we shall keep this on topic

Im have had a 6275 for a while and regularly sync the calendar, contacts and tasks with my PC, the nokia suite works well. One downfall is that you cannot use nokia suite to send SMS txt's and Multimedia messages via the PC, you can with Vodafone nokia mobiles. Hopefully this gets sorted out with the new range of telecom mobiles this year.
