Before I get onto that, I'll tell of an experience I had 4 years ago...

I downloaded "imperial march" ringtone on my phone, had it for ages. Then Telecom started text tones, so I downloaded the "imperial march" one. Half way through downloading a message came up saying "file already exists, overwrite?". At this point, I chose no, as choosing yes would have the obvious consequences. But after that it cancelled the download, didn't give me the option to change the file name.

I called Telecom, told the guy my problem, he put me on hold for 10 minutes while he replicated the problem on same phone at his end - came back and said yes we had same error, we will refund you the cost of the download, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I always wondered after that call whether EVERY text tone which was a short version of a ringtone would have this problem, or whether it was just that one?

Anyway I just downloaded a game for my Samsung W531 - connect 4 / battleship. Trouble is, the picture is 2 times bigger than the size of the screen! So in those games I cant see the right or bottom of the screen, making them unplayable. Text on the screen starts well before the left, and finishes after the right side of the screen.

So how do I go about getting a credit for this? Its probably a bit harder to "prove" than the above issue I had years ago? Like with the above problem, they need to stop people with Samsung W531s from being able to download this game as its obviously not compatible.

I have tried to PM you back, but it says "This user prefers not to receive private messages", so I can't. I have asked the Supreme Bean if he can nicely forward my message to you. Thanks for your help.
