Have been trying to sign in to my account on Telecoms site this morning without any luck.
I've tried my saved bookmarks and through the links on the regular site.
Tried the latest Safari & Firefox versions.

I just logged into Your Telecom about 15 minutes ago using Firefox and it worked fine for me.

Here is the address I used: http://www.telecom.co.nz/content/0,8748,200711-1000,00.html?link=rdt

It was saved in my bookmarks from ages ago, but still seems to work fine.

Give it a go, see if it works for you.

Telecom site now seems OK, Your telecom sign in OK, Mobile Broadband Data about 2.5 hrs behind.
Account dated today was available for download.
Good work by someone.
