Its stable for me. Can anyone on the BigTime plan test Police Ten 7 and Coronation street for me?

Police Ten 7 works and Coronation Street does not.

And for the record, I do not watch it. lol

Police Ten 7:

Coronation Street:
http://tvnz.co.nz/coronation-street/s2010-e6975-video-3467826

What I find so funny is ads on ALL TVNZ videos stream perfectly so don't let that fool you. Make sure you acutally watch a few seconds to a minute into the program to test it.

:)

pasho: for those who might be interested, WoW works fine on BT for the last week or two, 170-230ms is pretty much what u got over 7000m. that only applies to LA based servers. everything else is not playable.

9 pm. torrent going at around 120-200kb/s, http at around 400kb/s

Why would LA be playable but nowhere else I wonder.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the price of fish, but I am just connecting logical dots.

Since Telecom dosn't want to shape traffic that is gaming, they probably made a rule for it ages ago and the peering agrement that went through helped?

I'm just saying that because everyone mentioned TVNZ content was hosted on a mirror in LA aswell.  Could be using FX Networks and Telecom are letting it through at a decent rate now.

I don't know.

Wellsford north of Auckland.

Why would some vids work and others not?  Am I partially peered?

I get the same, watched the first part of 10-7 no problems, Coro didn't get past the TVNZonDemand logo.

For me in Auckland on Big Time I am being routed via FX networks to Citylink's servers (where the tvnz ondemand content is served from).

Used to be routed via Telecom Global Gateway International to Citylink's US mirrors/servers as there was no local route between Telecom and Citylink due to lack of interconnection/peering.

Videos are watchable now for me on the 700 kbit setting (max).

Working great for me, in primetime as well, with a download in the background.

Welcome back BigTime, I've missed you this last month :)

The program I use doesn't support flash or javascript. Javascript for security, flash because I don't know.

You're worried that TVNZ are going to try and hack you through javascript?
