Hey

How do you turn off silent mode? ? I have tried everything and feel like a muppet!

Ringer volume is on high and vibrate and tried on every volume setting but it wont make a sound. Sound recorder works though and so does vibrate but wont make sound when it rings or receives text.

whichever button it is has an icon with a phone and squiggly lines either side to indicate the vibrate function.
