The usage page accessed via http://www.telecom.co.nz/broadband/usage is currently 404'ing, is there another working link anywhere?

The more direct link https://www.telecom.co.nz/jetstreamum/xtraSum is also 404'd and there's some sort of security certificate issue with the "Your Telecom" login as well. Looks like something's gone wrong in a big way.

"Your Telecom" page is now down too.
Phoned about the instant logout when logging in now the whole lot has gone. lol. Too many Xmas parties..
Just maybe they will get the usage meters working properly this time.

let me guess - they mixed up TiVO data and upload data and other download .... everybody gets a reset!

Not even able to get onto the Plans and Pricing Broadband section of the website.

All systems look to be back to normal this morning.

And happily, the broadband usage meter is within 10% of the actual amount of data traffic that my phone has been sending/receiving. Close enough to rely on the software as a guide.

Mine has started showing data usage again, but nothign for the several weeks it went awol.. I guess it doesnt really matter being on bigtime but I liek to know how much I used.

Mobile Data usage is back and correct according to the 3rd party app I'm using, it even shows the correct 4Gb plan rather than the old 3Gb one I changed from 6 weeks ago.
