Since we converted from CDMA to XT a couple of weeks ago I've noticed that "call back the caller" on voicemail doesn't work.

Listen to the message and press # to call back but just get the caller's number read back to you and "to hear the caller's number again press 1"  No way to actually connect the call.  Have tried it on other XT phones and same problem.  Tried calling cellular secretary from landline and same problem there.  Telecom 126 completely reset the call-minder (had to rerecord welcome etc again) but still the same issue with no call-back.

Anyone else having or had this problem and know how to fix?  Its a function I used a lot on CDMA and its a nuisance not having it now.
