I'd also like to echo Neals comments in thanking all of you for your help getting this account noticed and pulled (we hope) by Twitter.
We've been dealing with a lot of customers via our Twitter account throughout the recent problems with XT and we can understand that people get upset, even angry with the network issues.
This guy has gone way past upset and into the realms of dangerously unhinged and we are doing everything we can to protect our collegues from reading the kinds of things he is saying from the saftey of his keyboard.
Thank you all once again for blocking and reporting this account - let's hope his messages will soon be removed.
Done. If anyone does receive a support email from Twitter I would advise them to ask Twitter HQ to contact NZ Police to reveal IP address and therefore track down this disgusting person.
