This is getting frustrating now. I was contacted by visionstream (whos in charge of all telecom infrastructure now) that they are sending someone on friday to do some investigation (probably trying to find that telephone box for the house) And I havent heard anything since then. Visionsteam build team is basically a one way voice mail box and telecom doesnt know anything about the progress either. What a joke
ok got an official response from Visionsteam I wont be getting phone line until the end of the month. From the look of it the telecom exchange ran out of cables(!) Nice, at least we are getting somewhere. Feel pretty lucky actually as I only paid 150 for the technician visit and connection cost and telecom will have to cover a large chunck for digging up the road and everything.
