NealR: We are going to pull the update from the ZTE website until we can validate where the problem lies.
If you have a phone that is now "bricked" take it into the nearest Telecom store. They can send it away to be fixed and upgraded with the latest software.
Please be patient with the stores as the communictions has not gone out to them yet.
