Hi im using TCNZ for my ISP and am currently experiencing really slow speed..

got 0.04mbps on speedtest.net and 39ping..

Is this just me?

I have been downloading heaaps but if its capped it should be much slower than this..

What is your modem syncing at?

What other testing have you done?

There are 100s of threads on Geekzone with basic fault checking if that fails call Telecom

Check the usage meter to see if you've downloaded more than your cap.

That speed looks about right for being capped.
