I have a pink Telecom R101 phone. I receive pxt messages but can not view the picture!!!!!!!!!!It says you have a new photo/video message click Go/View to see now. I click ok and nothing happens. Ive scrolled through all the options many times but no mater what I do I can not open the pxts. IS THIS HAPPENING WITH ANYONE ELSE? I have read the manuel and it says to do what Im doing but why are my pxts not opening????? I have so many pxt messages that I can not open and its driving me nuts wandering what they are. GRRRRR can someone please help me???

Scroll down until the link is highlighted, press Options, Use Highlight Object, Link. Then it should open in your phones browser.

You can always go to http://mmsgallery.telecom.co.nz/ from a regular computer and view it online.

Visit a Store or call the Call Centre. They will confirm settings on device, and troubleshoot. Typically this is common where a LightSurf profile reset will solve the issue were you keep getting links instead of an actual in message MMS.

thanks everyone. I rung telecom and they got me to reset my settings and it fixed the problem. Yay

Another thing that can fix this - if you've never sent a picture message from your phone before, try sending one first and it usually "enables" receiving as well. Not retroactive though.
