This is the discussion that followed the "Good bye Geekzone." thread created by a disgruntled user.

The user in questions asked to have the original topic (and all his other topics) removed so I am moving the replies to this one.

I have just received an email from the OP. I won't post the whole email as I think some of it is private and should be kept like that. This is perhaps the bit he would like to make public:

"I am apologizing to you and to Geekzone community to clear my conscience so I can sleep well."

Hi Fellow Geekzoners,

In my lowest moment of darkest hour I said some gross and disgusting things in this forum that I deeply regretted soon after.

Realizing how widely I drifted from my usual self, I felt very uncomfortable, sick and guilty. I really felt like a rabbit caught in the headlights.

So I decided to put my hands up, take responsibility for my behaviour and acknowledge that I have chosen to behave in a way that doesn't make me proud.

I would like to sincerely apologize to Geekzone community to clear my conscience so I can sleep well.

Thanks heaps for understanding.

Cheers,
Chaitanya
