Yes, but I think that a plugin offers the greatest advantage. Advertisers use a variety of method to track you, with one of the primary ways being third-party cookies. I expect that some of our users are those who are concerned about advertisers tracking them and building up a profile of their personality. Best practice for such users involves configuring their browser in such a way as to prevent this from being possible.
A browser plugin is, I think, a much easier way for users. We also have some unannounced features planned for the future that will be made much simpler and more secure to implement through the plugin, than through other methods.
