That's when I moved from sending emails from our own server to sending via Office 365 - this is because we now have additional IP addresses for the servers and I wanted to move away from running the SMTP server.  I monitor the server/email quality using Google Postmaster and I can say checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) all pass. It seems Spark's email platform is being overzealous.



Totally is the bad setup :P

Also, thought you'd mention configuration. We have a lot more Gmail and Google Apps emails in our database and Google Postmaster certainly sees no errors. I'm more inclined to think Xtra has something going on:

The fact that thats 100% is alarming to me. Statistics and all. Tells us 100% is typically an error not the truth.
I highly doubt these are silently filtered Without a bounce back.

My offer was more broad in terms of those affected let me know, rather than asking for examples directly from you. (Unless they are bounces)

The chart is from the receiving side (Google), not the sending side (Office 365). The chart shows that of those messages accepted for delivery (disregard non-existent email addresses), coming from a validated domain, then 100% of what Google received from us checked out.

 

If this chart was from the sending side, then yes, I'd agree with you regarding false deliveries, failing NDN, etc.

Yesterday I cleaned out my Inbox on my computer so I couldn't use that to see when I received my last notification email from Geekzone.

 

I've just gone  back through my phone and tablet and the 20th of March seems to be the last day I received any Geekzone email. I then looked on the Xtra webmail and that's also the last date any Geekzone emails arrived there either. There's none in the Spam for Trash boxes.

 

It's as if Geekzone isn't sending notifications any more.

 

I've been pretty busy with other stuff so haven't been on here to post much recently. It was only yesterday when I saw replies to threads I'd posted on or started but hadn't got any notifications that I started wondering what was going on.

 

 

 

Edit: Yes, I've checked my Geekzone profile settings.

with the above that will be 3 examples collected today. plus @tdgeek.

 

I may need to get examples of emails with no whitelist on to dig further. Will find some time when i'm in the office tomorrow to dig up examples from my end and pass onto the folk who actually deal with emails :)

But yes, it seems to affect only Xtra from what I see.

It started since I moved from my own SMTP to Office 365 Connector.

It's only the emails from forums@geekzone.co.nz that seems to be being filtered, mentions come from another address that is fine.
