Any idea on a time frame for this to be fixed?

I'm hoping i'll have some clarification tomorrow. end of week i'll optimistically say.

I have no issue wth spam, its a fact of online life. What I cant manage is not seeing the spam, the false positives that reside in it.

So interestingly, I have been getting emails regarding new posts to a thread/forum I am watching fine.

However, I noticed that someone tagged me using @mdf yesterday, but I didn't get a notification about that (I usually do).

I'm using Google apps/suite. I haven't made any change to my GZ settings. Nothing obvious in the spam folder.

That could be because the person wrote "mdf" then edited the post to say "@mdf". We don't send notifications on edit.

Thanks @freitasm + @hio77.

Both of those notifications arrived pretty much immediately. From looking at the post, it looks like later editing will be the answer.

Just received my first notification (this Topic) for over a week.

Thanks hio77 & freitasm and all others who worked to solve this issue.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

I haven't had confirmation yet, but looking at @FineWine's account, there is no whitelist entry and yep. Clean validation now.

Tentatively would say resolved :)

my issue is they claim 99.999% spam capture rate yet i would routinely see 1 in 50 emails in my inbox as spam, currently see about 1 in 200 emails as spam, and the other issue is having legitimate emails blocked with out even knowing they have been blocked.

give i would receive 5-30 geekzone emails a day and having them all blocked it just plain crap service.
