Is there some way to view all new posts on the mobile version.

It's not a biggie, I am just curious as to whether I am missing something

Cheers
Morgenmuffel

both work on mobile, but will take you to the desktop thread when clicked

EDIT: prefer to use that over the mobile site anyway

The mobile site is not as feature-rich as the desktop site. The desktop site works on mobile and is fast. I prefer it over the mobile version.

Having the mobile site doesn't impact performance really, but I think there's no advantage on having it as the desktop site works well in mobile, tablet and PCs.

These days most new websites are responsive, so only one version. But probably not easy, or  it is probably a major job,  to make this one responsive. Generally people do it when they decide to get a new website done.

There’s a mobile version? LOL.
I visit regularly and pretty much exclusively on iPhone safari. My bookmark is the forums_unread page and when I’ve finished reading I click the “reset read flags” link. Then upon next visit it is only new posts. I forget other people internet differently to me!

I always used the mobile site on my iPhone 8 Plus because I assumed it was the best option for a mobile device. However I've just tried the full site and as long as I hold the device in landscape format it is much better than the mobile site.

There you go learning something new every day.

The desktop version works fine on my phone, provided I am on landscape mode, it seems the phone was auto defaulting to the mobile version everytime I accessed the forums, I just had to tick the "desktop" check box in my browser settings.

And yes it is nice and snappy
