I seem to be getting this in my quick reply box on my work Surface lately.  Site issue or work network issue?  Doesn't seem to be breaking anything..

Happening in Chrome for me.  Doesn't happen at home, so possibly a govt network thing at work.

Getting it on Chrome 70 at work; we do have some advertising blocked (but not all), normally however it just means a white space where an advert should be.

This however is not in the advert spot and "sticks" to the failed location
