With privacy and security becoming more important - a place to post news on data breaches, privacy infringements, or security related products and counter-measures would be a worthwhile addition?

Edit: Missed the "Networking:" part. I think a GENERAL Security Forum would be a nice addition. One that caters to general computer security including a place to discuss Networking Security.

IMHO when the volume is sufficient then you create a forum. For now the IT Professional forum should be ok shouldn't it?

Security is one of the most important IT anything.

Not having a separate forum, kind of underrates its significance

There's no forum on domestic violence, does that mean it's not important? It just means that is not sufficient volume of discussion to add to the forum sprawl.

I spend the majority of my time on security, I don't need a forum for it.
