I still remember the horrible day that was removed, I had to move back to using imgur, oh the pain!

Pebcak. You doubled your workflow by doing this.

Image copied and pasted - worked well. Thanks!

Prntscreen... CTRL V. Not sure I follow... How it's any different apart from my screenshot application sends it to memory not imgur...

Printscreen, save to file, upload to IMGUR, copy the URL - same as uploading to Geekzone. I think you are just intentionally making things complicated. Chill out. It's Christmas. I just gave you a present.

In addition to the drag-and-drop and copy/paste you can also click the Image icon in the toolbar and upload from there:

Now just add some drag handles and image resizing and you're away...

I have increased image size upload to 8 MB. Images larger than 2048 pixels will be resized to that size - this is mainly done to save in traffic for everyone loading the page.

This limit increase is in effect for both Gallery uploads or drag/drop uploads via the editor.

Thanks to @antoniosk for asking me to do this. He owes me donuts.

We probably all owe you donuts. And cookies.

Delete cookies?! Are you insane?!

Dropping direct into quick reply seems to work well, but not dropping in the insert popup (where it says "drop an image here") - and browse doesn't seem to work for me either.

I'm also getting error in console below, which I guess may or may not be related.

Interesting as that box was working yesterday - I guess some changes with TinyMCE as I have not touched anything on the script side today.

Drag-and-drop in to the editor directly still works.

(Hmm... dropping into the insert popup works if file extension is lowercase but not uppercase - capture.PNG fails but capture.png works)

Very strange - just doing some tests with this in dev. I have disabled the upload tab for now but you can still use drag-and-drop or copy-and-paste.

Your donuts have been replaced with carrots in the meantime.

Old rubbery ones
