In the weekend I got the following email from Geekzone, to tell me that I had a new message waiting for me. However when I went to read it, it isn't there. The last message I can see in my account was on the 24th. Anyone know how I can get the message I was sent on the 27th? I assume it is a technical problem.

It could be that whoever sent you the PM has already deleted it from their end, and therefor from yours also.
That's my understanding on how it does, or use to work.

OK thanks. Guess it also could have been spam and the persons account deleted.

Yeah just confirming the above. When you delete a sent message before its been read by the recipient, for some reason it also deletes it from their end!

I had this exact same problem at the start of the month, no one was getting my messages!
