maverick:antoniosk: You have a very forgiving wife there... jackhammers breaking concrete, front verge being dug up - and it looked like the copper was used as drawstrings but I'm probably wrong.
What I like is that you had simple conduit through your garage into your kitchen, with what looks like a crowbar to break through the wall.... none of this nonsense of connecting to your 'comms rooms' and such but actually a house like most NZ'ers will have.
5 blokes though... yeouch.... good to know WXC will be absorbing all those costs on behalf of connecting customers for no term contract, such a noble company.....!
My Wife is awesome and my pride and joy next to our SIP Network![]()
Yes I wanted to see this as pretty standard install and the guys in the roof found some mouse eaten cable as well, so if it was going to have an issue it happened here in a pretty standard house really, so lots of interesting info observed
Were just good guys all round Antonios you know that![]()
was there any particular reason you chose to bring the ONT all the way into your kitchen? i thought the "standard" install bought the fibre to the demarc the ONT was installed close to that inside then was distributed via cat 5/6 internally?
