Outgoing TXTs from NZ > Wherever are 20c each (ignoring Bestmate, $10TXT etc) unless your on VF PrePay, then its 30c for Txts to overseas numbers.

Dear Adam

Thank you for your email.

We really appreciate your feedback and value the time taken to contact us. Please be aware that I have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate departments.

However at the time of writing, the roaming charges for Fiji is correct for both On Account and Prepay customers. As you can see from our website, we are up front about all roaming charges. You can make a choice of either roaming with your on account number or purchasing a prepay sim card. Unfortunately I am unable to discuss why the charges are different for On Account and Prepay customers due to commercial reasons.

If you have any further questions please reply to this email, call our Customer Contact Centre on 777 from your Vodafone mobile, or 0800 800 021 from any other phone. From overseas you can contact us on + 64 9 355 2007.

Yours sincerely

Vodafone Customer Support
