Is there a way that I can merge my mobile account with my landline + broadband account so that I'm billed once for everything?

I could be wrong but (I think it was on Geekzone) someone posted a screen grab of their VF online account and they had their landline, mobile, etc all listed.

Thanks.

Why is this taking so long for Vodafone? It's years since they bought ihug and they are still using two completely incompatible billing systems.

I know it's quite annoying, we have 2 mobiles on account (3rd on prepay) and broadband/home phone so that's 3 seperate bills each month.

Join the 2 mobiles onto one account that will bring it down to 2 bills

How many billing systems have you built / upgraded / merged?

That's beside the point. I'm not a major telecommunications company with billions of dollars in resources. I'm a customer who believes that it should not take this long to provide something that competitors have provided for years.

It's not going to happen anytime soon, It's a major project when it happens and could take years
