tigercorp: + 1 for Teamviewer for family support.  We've even gotten to the stage where they all log in an help each other and hardly anyone bothers me anymore :)

+1 for teamviewer from me too, just make sure you disable their keyboard and mouse while you are trying to do stuff, my Dad was playing with the mouse and I was having a terrible time controlling the cursor!

It sounds, to me at least, that your mother has early dementia. If so, then the internet problem is only part of the equation. If she is not managing her money then, as mentioned before, a Power of Attorney would enable you to control her finances. It would be a worry if she has an ATM card, and difficulty in remembering her PIN. She is also vulnerable for potential rip-off's. She is likely to get worse and I suspect you may have to consider more involvement in the near future. Good Luck!

MaxLV:
VodafoneDylan: Hi there

Please private message me your account and contact info and I'll pass it on to our contacts at TelstraClear.

Dylan

If you are the Dylan I spoke to on Saturday the 9th to report a Cable Box fault in Webb Street Wellington, it's a shame you didn't deal with my fault call with the speed you have dealt with this message.  Fault reported Saturday 09/02/2013, and it's still not fixed as of Friday 15/02/2013.

Dylan does not work for Telstraclear he works for Vodafone, If you review this thread Dylan even mentions he passed this over to someone in Telstraclear and that was Gary who also responded in this thread on page 1
