Unison: Sounds good.

For the people from WxC that monitor this forum, just tried to sign up as a existing customer but was told that my customer number was not found. Have called the Customer Service number and waiting to be called back, but might we worth fixing the site :)



Apologies for the mix up , misunderstanding by our Custcare Rep on what was required,

Any ideas on how long  I need to watch this space for :)

Also is there an online visible call log of my vfx activity, I appeared to have one issue with my testing last night, and it was related to hanging up the call, ie when I hung up, the call wasnt always ended, in the test we rang a local number, voice mail answred, I hung up and I ended up leaving a 5min blank message on there phone.

Any ideas?

No there is no online logs at this stage, we will be implementing a new billing system which will have this functionality but it's not here just yet, if you PM me the details of the call I will take a look and see if we see anything.

We actually have number portability at present and MAY be looking for some trial customers to port before this date...fyi I believe I and my colleague are the first ported number's in NZ as of a week ago Cool

I cant send you the reply as you don't allow PM's Cry...anyway all calls show less than a minute and also show the call hanging up correctly so possibly an issue with anwserphone
