Recently a lot of calls to my mobile have been going straight to VM with no indication on the handset that anyone rang.

This happens often at home, where I have 5 bars of signal due to having a Sure Signal to ensure it because we no longer have a landline.

Texts etc all seem to be fine - it's just voice.

Any idea why? I don't know whether it is more likely to be a network thing or a hardware/iOS thing, but thought I would try here first!

If it was just 1 every now and then I'd ignore it but so far about 6 in 3 days.

Have you tried doing a hard reset (holding down the home button and power button at the same time until it restarts) of the phone?

I get a his frequently on two android Vodafone mobiles, but only at home. I've just always assumed I'm just on the boundary between two cell sites. Damn annoying at times

Something that could not be answered online with out looking at the examples, Having Sure Signal makes it a little more complex

I agree with John, the Sure Signal makes it hard to troubleshoot without actually looking at examples of dropped calls so we can trace why they dropped or didn't ring through.

If you could gather 4 or 5 examples of calls that did not come through, the times and the numbers they are from and private message that along with your customer details and contact information, I can get our tech team to investigate for you further.
