rscole86: Anyone tried it in FF? You cannot actually close it!

So I hope there is a timeout, so it automatically logs you out after 5 minutes.

I use firefox as my main browser. Does this happen in Internet Explorer also?

Cheers,
ZollyMonsta

CS memo to Head Office: "Our new web site must be very good. It's really popular.  As at midnight last night we had 500,000 users logged in and the number is rising every hour!" Wink

And I just logged into My Vodafone after months... My details still have my previous mail address, while I receive the bills in the correct place.

Obviously they can't update My Vodafone from the billing system consistently. I wonder if they will do it during the next six weeks. Or if they will just use the wrong address instead of the correct one they already have.

By the way, it's not possible to udpate address through that website.

I've just clicked "Update your details and it shows my current address. So where the old address is coming from, and how to update it to make sure they never get the wrong one?

The so called on-line help, is appalling, just about every other link gets a 404 error ! duhh, that's just lazy, things like that can be tested automatically.

If you get stuck at that blank screen when you close the 'My Account' window, try this:

https://www.vodafone.co.nz/knox/login_handler.jsp?template=myvodafone

In my case it takes me back to an earlier screen where I can select 'logout'
And I've added a bookmark to both my IE and FF in case Vodafone continues to deny the existence of a known problem!

Hey,

Has anyone had any issues with IE 7 trying to login to "My Vodafone"? I had to use FF to login successfuly.

Yes, I have IE7 at work and it crashes when I click the 'login' link. Safari on my home computer works fine.

Vodafone has restricted web site access with: Pit Stop 17 May - 30 June 2007.
They are going to "upgrade" which maybe means they accept that there are problems.
Maybe they could flick back to the old web pages while they tidy up.
