mattz: Yay its all up and running, thanks for that and for the super quick turn around, next time over a cell phone i'll say delta echo charlie etc etc.

One question though the Xnet tech originally said just one line on the device would be locked and I would still be able to log in as admin for the second line, i.e. to set up a second sip provider this doesn't appear to be the case and both lines seem to be locked now, not an issue at the moment but in future I may experiment with some overseas providers to get a local number in another country etc.





Being Ex Military ...I appreaciate the delta echo charlie bit Cool...no problem with having your second line unlocked when you need it just let us know

Maverick helped me also, thanks.  I think it was also the wrong MAC, which I would attribute to my bad South African accent.
