Dratsab: I have 4G enabled but never get it - only 3G or H+. A couple of weeks ago I was told at the Vodafone store on Lambton Quay it was because they have to convert "On Account" customers in batches so it could be a while before I'm able to actually get 4G. I suppose that could be plausible but my BS meter was in the red zone (so to speak).

Give Vodafone a call on 0800 921 021 and they will activate it on the spot, at least that's been my experience.
