I recently committed to another 12 months with Vodafone on a different plan but didn't get the option for the free 12 months of PS Plus as it is only for 'New customers', nice :(

Sign up to a Vodafone broadband 80GB or above pack as a new customer on a 12 month term and wait for your broadband service to be activated

This is where it is confusing as the form is for those who 'Signed up to Vodafone Broadband before 21 November'. Mine was after the 21st for the new 12 months

This is what it says and mine has been activated but the Gamers Choice option doesn't work :(

Sign up to a Vodafone broadband 80GB or above pack as a new customer on a 12 month term and wait for your broadband service to be activated
Once your broadband is activated, Sign in to My Vodafone within 15 days
Select the Gamers Choice option in the menu navigation
Select the one year subscription to PlayStation Plus
Your unique PlayStation Plus voucher code will be displayed and kept in the Self Service page for later viewing.

That's the key as to why you don't have it :) Fill in the form and I believe that at some point (it said December but I'm guessing next year now given its getting close to Christmas) they reckon they'll open it up to existing customers too. (Although it sounds like it depends on how many licenses they have left the way I read it)

You were already a customer before nov 21 so you had signed up to vodafone broadband before nov 21, doesn't matter that you then have signed up for another 12 months. it says the offer will be made available to these people soon (I am in the same boat) it's just a waiting game now.

It reads as though if you are an existing customer you must commit for another 12 months to get the offer, I have already committed, I'm not committing for 24 months total.

It will all depend on what your situation is. If you only have one month left you'll probably have to re-sign. But if it's like you you'll probably get it. On my customer zone it has a gamers choice button and when you click it it says how you can get it (by going to the page above and entering your details) it also says you may have to sign up for 12 months, so as I just said it will depend on your situation. I imagine you will be alright and will qualify without signing up for another 12 months

I don't think anyone really knows whats going to be the real story for existing customers. Well, I'm guessing some of the Voda guys on here will know but I'm also guessing that they wouldn't be allowed to say right now :)

I think you do get something small, don't you get a local Steam server for faster downloads - was Telstra, not sure about Vodafone though.

Reading (what I think have been updated) terms and conditions, it does appear that existing customers will get a fair go in terms of code stock:
"Code stocks are limited.  There are separate Code stocks for new and existing Vodafone broadband customers."

However:
"Agree to a 12 month term, or in the case of an existing Vodafone broadband customer agree to be bound for a further 12 months"

I'm not sure if thats 12 months + your existing 12 months (that is, 24 months from the first date of your existing term), or 12 months "from today" (that is, an overlapping 12 month term)

Does sound like the former though.

Long gone, Vodafone didn't keep it when they took over TCL

Hey folks,

I've just been advised that Gamers' Choice is now live for existing customers through My Vodafone & the Customer Zone. Showing up fine for me through Customer Zone, so go hard. :)

Would be well keen myself if I still had a 360.

Regarding the contracts - It is a new twelve months from the day the offer is signed up for if you're not currently on a contract term, or an additional twelve months on top of an existing contract term.
