Can we have an update on the current outage?  Their webserver is down and nothing on http://community.vodafone.co.nz/t5/Network-status/bd-p/b8

Internally they're also having problems with accounts

Hi - All the information about the outage is on that link you posted - what other information were you after? The posts in that forum are being updated as soon as more information is available.

We're trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible, but in the meantime we can try to assist where we can. To this end, feel free to private message your contact information and customer details with a brief description of the issue you're having and we'll arrange for someone to ring you back as soon as possible!

Cheers,
Lon

So it is:

http://community.vodafone.co.nz/t5/Network-status/CONFIRMED-ISSUE-Limited-Access-to-Some-of-Tools-Applications/m-p/114216#U114216

I need to move to a replacement sim card but have been advised to wait until this outage has cleared. As I see their website is back up and running again, I'll try after lunch. I don't want to end up with my sim swap stuck in the system.

Fair enough. The majority of systems are back now but there may be a few glitches remaining. As I said, we can get someone to help you out once everything is going again? Not sure if SIM swapping will be error-free at this stage (but chances are good from what I'm told).
