My parents just switched from one the old TCL Cable plans to a Vodafone UFB Cable plan as well as Vodafone TV.

Everything working well except that one channel, Sky Sports 5 doesn't seem to be working. It either comes up with a blank screen or displays a "Service Unavailable" message after a few seconds. Any ideas on why this might be? I've tried to power down the unit but it didn't make any difference. All other channels work fine.

Exact same problem with our T-Box. Tried the traditional solution of pulling the plug out and turning it back on with no luck. It's quite annoying actually, there were some matches I was hoping to watch on that channel.

Hi mine seems to work fine ? Have you spoken to Vodafone ?

Got it working now. The trick is to turn off both the T-Box and the modem attached to it, then reboot and let the T-Box to a full update.
