Hey guys,

Any idea why the Bestmates numbers are grayed out in the TCL version of Customer zone? one of the numbers has been entered in wrong by the call centre so I need too add in a number to the middle of it, everything says I can log in and change the number via the customer zone, but its grayed out. I can change the name of the number but not the number.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Heya - no idea off hand, sorry. If you PM me your details, I can ask Nik to take a look for you on the morrow. :)

Usually means the changed are exceeded for this month. If it was My Account area i could assist but will see if we can get one of our Blue side Ninjas to help.

Just PM'd Demeter with our account number, yea the bestmates have just been added and came live on the 29th of Jan, but realised that one has been added wrong, with a number missing from the phonenumber I gave the call centre.
