Hi, Noticed my daily use metering (and Total GBs used for month) stopped working on 13th April...!?
I am on the HFC in-home cable net (ex TCL) here in Chch.

Anyone else having the same issue before I call the help desk and sit in the queue?

Cheers

Can anyone else on Geekzone confirm they are having issues with the usage meter for the Cable network?

Mine looks accurate for usage up until yesterday evening (Tues 18th) but it's not showing anything for today yet although there was some home internet usage around 5/6/7am. This might be normal, I don't know how much delay is usual.

The text at the bottom of the page reads "This estimated usage covers the period up to and including 18/03/2014 20:38:44 and excludes any usage via any ISP other than your Vodafone ISP."

This is from the telstraclear.co.nz website - I don't know if there is some equivalent at vodafone.co.nz I could/should be using instead.

Mike - A small delay is normal but not days without reporting.
I will email a screenshot showing current use as at this morning to VF cust services.

No problems with me, ever - I use it every day.
NOTE that I am using the old Telstra Clear meter:

John / VF participants...
Fyi - Still no joy with this issue today, i.e. data metering still not working and no response from VF Customer services to my report.  Anything you can do to escalate a fix would be appreciated.
Thanks Stix
