Just wondering if there's a reason why there's a callback facility for Vodafone customers but not ex-TCL customers?

As per http://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/21501/related/1:
Ultra Fast Broadband customer?
Apologies, this service isn't available for you just yet but please do call us on 0508 888 800 and we will answer your query as quickly as possible.

The wait times on the technical assistance line (where did faults go?) is unbelievable. Waiting 60 minutes so far just to get someone to come take a look at my home phone line noise.

Same story as me. Have rung twice to try and log a fault call regarding noise on our landline. Both times I had to abandon the calls after being placed on hold for 45 minutes each time.

If this was one-off issue you would be understanding, but this issue goes back as many years as I have had history with Vodafone/telstraclear.

The Vodafone web-page only has one contact method ( ring the contact number ) and they refuse to answer the phone to log a fault. Absolutely appalling.

Wow...and I remember TCL thought 20 minutes wait time was bad enough (when I left there) back in 2005...incredible.

You can email, go into the Vodafone Community - through both of which we can raise fault tickets for you or engage and help. The callback is not focused on TCL or Vodafone - all Vodafone.

How do I use this callback system?

It is not mentioned on either this page http://www.telstraclear.co.nz/contact/ , or this page https://www.vodafone.co.nz/contact/

And the vodafone contact page has a specific section titled "Formerly with TelstraClear" and the only contact method listed there is the 0508 phone number (which I have given up using because no-one answers).
