This is all ADSL correct. Can you pm me your account number. Address and landline number if you have one. I'm only seeking people on ADSL with issues. I can't confirm if there is anything still broken but the examples I can forward on. Cheers
Hi everyone - posting the same response here I posted in the main thread. If you are still having trouble with Netflix and you are Vodafone customer, I would encourage you to lodge a fault ticket with our customer care team. Our network team need individual examples for them to investigate why this is happening to some customers and not others.
Hi All, just an update. Got home from work today and all is working. I like the idea that vodafone reconfigured all their systems due to my complaining but who knows!
Let's hope it stays fixed. Sorry I don't have any advice for people coming to this thread.
