I've just switched from VF ADSL to VF UFB (via ex-TCL cable) here in Christchurch.

When I log in to my VF account I can only see my old plan and details. Do I need to register again or will my account change with time?

The latest invoice goes from Jul 1 - Jul 31 and due Jul 25 - the switchover occurred on 9/07.

Also, I have an AP set up for this and I'm currently in credit. do I need to modify anything? (e.g. references numbers, customer number still the same? etc)

Thanks

Instead of selecting "Internet and Landline" when logging in, Select "Customer Zone" and you'll be able to see your updated details.

Your account number will have changed with the change over so I would double check this before your next AP payment.

Also be aware that the payee details will change - you might need to set up a whole new AP and choose "Vodafone (REF:TCL)" as the payee
