I've been waiting on hold for Vodafone tonight since 8.20pm. its now 9.35pm
I had first rang Vodafone this evening and was answered in 30mins.
I needed to reset an email password and the tech said he would have to ask another tech and they would call me back within 30mins. I gave Mitchell my cell phone number and two hours later my cell phone has not rung.

Does anyone know what is actually up with that and why their technical team (option 2) could not immediately reset my email password

I personally wouldn't have accepted a call back - I would have stayed on the phone while they did it; how hard is it to reset a password? Is it really that challenging?

Hello

I think I lost my reply. Here it is again

I finally got the password changed in the end I called 0508-555 and they answered within a few minutes. The guy was able to change it. He said they are having huge issues with their technical team at the moment. If you ring through on the number on the vodafone account and press option 2 for technical they still have to put you through to another department.

If only they actually had decent music or at least more than the same four songs on a loop with the computer repeating itself about my Vodafone constantly being on hold would be bearable.
