I updated my cable speed to 100mbps but each time i test my speeds out with Ethernet and Wifi they getting  around the same speeds Ethernet: wifi: and some times when i try  Ethernet my router just restarts for no reason and my router is a netcomm n300  modem is a cisco dpc3008

Would you mind rewriting your post with sentences and more information? Tell us which tests were done on WiFi, which were done with the computer plugged into the modem, which were done via the router.

If your router restarts it could be faulty. Try resetting it, otherwise replace it. My routers have all been stable for years.

Have you called the Vodafone helpdesk to ask them to check it out?  

I have upgraded to 100MBps from 50MBps twice in the past couple of years and both times I had to call the helpdesk and both times it was a configuration error relating to my profile.
