Hi there.
For the old ihug.co.nz email adresses. Is IMAP supported or not.
Is it correct that using the voda imap server works for ihug emails ?

The Voda email setup page says
For an @ihug.co.nz email address:
Incoming mail server: imap.vodafone.co.nz

Been a while since I've done this kind of support but last I herd it is supported by servers but not by call center.

See https://community.vodafone.co.nz/t5/Broadband-landline-packs/Read-Me-Email-Settings/td-p/108166 for details.

Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.

Honestly sign up for a new gmail and transition away from using ISP provided email. Use the mail fetcher feature to regularly pull any email sent to your ihug address into the gmail account.

If you don't like Google/Gmail there's Microsoft's outlook.com (formerly Windows Live Mail formerly Hotmail) which can do the same thing.
