@Sideface Do you know which node applies to us?

My wife is about 32 months pregnant and starting to get cranky at stop-n-go Netflix...

Sorry, I don't know.

I suggest that you PM VodafoneDylan with your address and account details, and ask him.

Based on that chart she's 1.5 elephants. Probably best I keep that particular observation to myself...

@Scotty1986 your not using non-Vodafone DNS or a funky MTU setting by any chance are you? I'm in Woodridge as well but don't seem to be having quite as many issues as you - potentially on different nodes though.

I did notice however that if my MTU was set too high I'd often get issues with pages loading / packet loss etc - I think from memory I'm running at about 1420 and all my issues went away (this is before the contention on the network came about).

Just a thought anyway!

Hmm I am using unblockus DNS settings, have worked well for me for over a year now. But that might be worth looking into. MTU is default settings, but cannot find where to change these on the new Vodafone cable modem. Speedtest.net is back up now. I have that issue often, where the site completes loading, but the speedtest speedo widget does not show at all but every other feature shows and work. My speeds are now back to my normal 101/10 7 ping off peak.

Further nodes were added to the scheduled work for this afternoon. I'm waiting for an update to hear how that's going.

That might be a wise idea... while she might not be the size of 1.5 elephants, if you were to make a comment along those lines then she'd definitely have the memory of an elephant regarding that comment ;)

I'm not surprised she is cranky and the kid missed out on their first birthday

Can you tell me what Node Marlborough St, Phillipstown (Chch) is on? I'm beginning to think 'Connection Timeout' is my new homepage!

Also an ETA on when this node might be upgraded!
