That's why I said another forum. This is related to another issue and by the fibre connection. Read my post correctly please.

If it's related to the DM you sent me about closing down an account up to 30 days notice is required, Accounts are closed on Bill cycle dates this is covered in the terms and conditions

Thanks this issue is now resolved.  The previous CSR had not logged it properly on the system.  The one I spoke to today has now updated it (my account had not been marked to be closed after my first call).

Maybe marked closed but the official close down date will be start of next month, Glad it's sorted
